I am a passionate amateur musician and can look back on nearly 30 years of professional experience in various positions with global key players of the sports goods industry including Fischer Ski, Adidas, Amer Sports and Puma, mainly learning by doing and bringing enormous energy and ambition to the job.

To build on my auto-didactic knowledge more scientifically, I studied the Executive Sales Management MBA Program at the Sales Manager Academy (SMA), completing it successfully with my Master’s thesis on “Placing a premium product in a stagnating ski market”.

Thanks to close collaboration for years with world-class athletes, both as sponsor and now as manager for several years, there is a broad basis of experience to build on in my coaching sessions and presentations. This is especially important when the focus is on decision-making, dedicated preparation, and achieving perfect performance. There are extremely interesting interrelationships between top sporting performance and business management.

It is a well known fact that musicians feel good when on stage, so I take the knowledge and insights gained in my favorite hobby and pass it on in a simple, hands-on, easily intelligible manner. Because I am drawing on personal experience I can guarantee from the word go that my case studies leave room for plenty of fun.

Philosophy

“Nothing venture, nothing win!“

A saying I heard from my father time and again and certainly one that sounds pithier and easier than it is in practice. But in truth it simply means you must be prepared to accept challenges and then tackle things with confidence. If I hadn’t taken my father's advice, my career might have looked very different.
